Phase 2: Recovery Housing & Job Placement
Structure, Support, and Real-World Stability
Phase 2 is designed to help clients transition from inpatient treatment into everyday life with confidence. With a job secured before leaving Phase 1, clients enter Phase 2 ready to apply their new skills while continuing their recovery in a structured, supportive environment.
What to Expect in Phase 2

Employment & Life Skills
Every client enters Phase 2 with active employment — a key part of reducing relapse risk and creating financial stability. Staff help with job applications, interview readiness, and vocational planning.

Structured Sober Living
Clients live in recovery housing with clear rules, accountability, and daily routines that reinforce healthy habits.

Ongoing Therapy & Support
While working, clients continue receiving therapy and support through our clinical team and supportive staff.

Financial & Personal Development
Budgeting support, life skills coaching, and community expectations help clients learn how to balance work, recovery, and responsibilities.
This is Our promise
Recovery doesn’t happen in 30 days — it happens with consistency, support, and accountability. HAWC’s three-phase model gives you the time, structure, and stability you need to achieve real, lasting change.
Transition to Phase 3
As clients demonstrate stability and responsibility, they can transition into Phase 3 graduate housing — a unique opportunity to save money, build independence, and continue outpatient care.
